The room rate is $245 single/double, plus state and local taxes, currently 17%.
The cut-off date for making room reservations is 5:00 p.m. CST on Monday, January 18, 2027.
The special room rate will be honored after the cut-off date based on the availability of convention-rated rooms.
Suites
Suites are available upon request. Arrangements for suites should be made directly with The Omni Fort Worth Hotel by emailing fw.reservations@omnihotels.com.
Cancellations
Reservation deposits are fully refundable if canceled 72 hours prior to arrival.
Check-In/Check-Out
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
