General Information

Registration and all meetings will take place at the Marriott Rivercenter Hotel.

Preliminary meetings will begin on Tuesday afternoon, February 10, including the American Cotton Producers Business Session and several standing committees of the Council’s Board.

Meetings held on Wednesday afternoon, February 11, include the six program committees, retiring Board, interest caucuses followed by the new Board business session. We strongly encourage everyone to attend the Retiring Board meeting to hear special guest speaker David Wasserman (Sponsored by Bayer Crop Science).
The General Session of Council delegates will be held on Thursday morning, February 12.

On-Site Registration

The meeting registration desk will be located in the Level 3 Foyer and will be open daily beginning at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, February 9, through Thursday morning, February 12.

Spouses/Guests

Spouses and guests are encouraged to attend the Council’s General Session on Thursday, as well as any other open meetings.

Hospitality Center

A hospitality center will be open Tuesday, February 10, through Thursday, February 12. The center will serve as a gathering place for convention attendees—offering juices, coffee and pastries in the morning and coffee and soft drinks in the afternoon.

Valet parking is $55 per day (unlimited in/out privileges). Self-parking is $43 per day.
