The room rate is $259 single/double, plus state and local taxes, currently 16.96%.
The cut-off date for making room reservations is 5:00 p.m. CST on Monday, January 19, 2026.
The special room rate will be honored after the cut-off date based on the availability of convention-rated rooms.

Cancellations
Reservation deposits are fully refundable if canceled 48 hours prior to arrival.
