MEMPHIS, Tenn. – The National Cotton Council strongly supports efforts by the House of Representatives to advance the comprehensive reconciliation package titled the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, and we commend Chairman “GT” Thompson and all others who have worked so hard to get us to this point. In addition to extending a desperately needed lifeline to Rural America, this legislation will benefit all industries by lowering the tax burden and stimulating economic growth. We urge the House to come together to get this bill over the finish line in the coming days.
