Kaihan Krippendorff started his career at McKinsey & Company, then founded Outthinker, a growth strategy and innovation consulting firm. His strategies have generated over $2.5B in revenue for top companies like BNY Mellon, Citibank, L’Oréal, Microsoft, and Viacom.

A best-selling author of five books, including the Edison Award-nominated Driving Innovation From Within, Kaihan has been recognized by Thinkers50 and Thinkers360 as a top global innovation and business strategy thought leader. Kaihan was ranked by Thinkers360 as the #1 Global Innovation Thought Leader and #1 Global Business Strategy Thought Leader in 2019.

He holds degrees from the University of Pennsylvania School of Engineering, Wharton, Columbia, and London Business Schools and a doctorate in strategy. With a mother from Bangladesh and a father from Germany, Kaihan brings a diverse, global perspective to everything he does. His work spans 58 countries and he speaks three languages. He has lived or spent significant periods of time in Asia, Africa, Latin America, Europe, and the Pacific. He lives in Greenwich, Conn., with his wife and three children.

Prayer Breakfast with J. Dowell Loftis, Ph.D.

Dowell Head Shot2J. Dowell Loftis, Ph.D., grew up on a farm near Rockwall, Texas, where he developed a strong faith and felt called to ministry at a young age. He preached his first sermon in the 8th grade and excelled in sports during high school. Dr. Loftis earned his B.S. from Texas A&M University, College Station, and both his Master of Divinity and Ph.D. from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. His career includes roles as Chaplain at Baylor Medical Center, Pastor at Hillcrest and Shearer Hill Baptist Churches, and Special Consultant for Children’s Emergency Relief International. Currently, he serves as Director of the Center for Ministerial Health at the Baptist General Convention of Texas. Dr. Loftis is married to Melissa, with whom he has one son, four daughters, and two grandchildren. After 37 years, he has returned to Rockwall, enjoying his work supporting pastors and preaching across Texas.
