Brad Rippey, meteorologist with the United States Department of Agriculture provides an outlook from the U.S. Drought Monitor. He shares that currently 52% of the contiguous U.S. is experiencing drought and that at least 40% of the country has experienced drought for almost two full years. He tells us when we may start to see more normal weather patterns.
