The National Council of Textile Organizations (NCTO) released an independent study examining the economic and societal impact of the U.S.-Dominican Republic-Central America Free Trade Agreement (CAFTA-DR) and the significant adverse impact of proposals aimed at weakening the agreement’s yarn-forward rules of origin.
