In the latest report, the U.S. Department of Agriculture reduced the U.S. cotton crop by 500,000 bales to 18 million. This included a 600,000 bale reduction in Texas as a result of lower yields. Dr. Jody Campiche, Vice President of Economics and Policy Analysis for the National Cotton Council, joins us to take a closer look at the latest report.
