The Department of Agriculture has issued the CFAP2 “top up” payments to upland and extra-long staple (ELS) cotton producers. Reece Langley, Vice President of Washington Operations for the National Cotton Council, joins us with those payment details, and he shares some important reminders for producers who may be eligible for other USDA programs including WHIP+ and Quality Loss Assistance.
