Following approval from Congress, President Trump signed the U.S. Mexico Canada Trade Agreement, or USMCA, at a ceremony in Washington this week. The agreement updates and modifies the North American Free Trade Agreement, and it includes a textile chapter that offers significant improvements for domestic textile manufacturers and workers.
