In its October report, the Department of Agriculture made a slight reduction in its U.S. cotton crop estimate for the current crop year. This was due to lower production in the southeastern and southwestern United States. Dr. Jody Campiche, Vice President of Economics and Policy Analysis for the National Cotton Council, joins us to take a closer look at the numbers across the cotton belt.
