The Senate passed a long-awaited supplemental disaster assistance bill (H.R. 2157) that includes important agricultural disaster relief for producers affected by hurricanes, flooding, and other natural disasters in both 2018 and 2019. Reece Langley, Vice President of Washington Operations for the National Cotton Council, joins us to talk about the provisions in the bill that will provide assistance to U.S. cotton farmers.
