USDA's Farm Service Agency (FSA) recently issued additional guidance to the county FSA offices regarding the Market Facilitation Program (MFP). The program is in response to retaliatory tariffs other countries have put in place on U.S. agricultural exports. The sign up period for the program began in early September and runs through January 15^th . Reece Langley, Vice President of Washington Operations for the National Cotton Council, joins us with some important reminders for cotton producers.
