Congress, working with the White House, passed a comprehensive measure to deal with several impending deadlines last week. That included passing a Continuing Resolution (CR) that will provide funding for the federal government starting October 1, through December 8^th. Reece Langley, Vice President of Washington Operations for the National Cotton Council, joins us with this and other updates from the week in Washington.
