Cotton Newsline: June 14, 2017

USDA’s June World Agricultural Supply and Demand Estimates (WASDE) for cotton were released last week. USDA kept their estimate for 2017 U.S. cotton production at 19.2 million bales. While USDA did not make any changes to the production estimate, Dr. Gary Adams, President and CEO of the National Cotton Council, brings up an important point when looking at the report.
