Nunes (R-CA) introduced the Agricultural Trade Facilitation Act.  Robbie Minnich, Senior Government Relations Representative for the National Cotton Council says the Act would establish Sanitary and Phyto-Sanitary (SPS) negotiating objectives for the on-going Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) negotiations.
