WTO Director General Pascal Lamy has warned that time is running out for securing a breakthrough in the Doha Round of trade talks. Gary Adams, Vice President of Economics and Policy Analysis for the National Cotton Council, says Director Lamy also told the organization's members that urgent progress was needed soon if they were to achieve their end of the year goal.
