In its February crop report, USDA left the 2010'-11' crop unchanged, however the world crop estimate was lower than the January report estimate. Gary Adams, Vice President of Economics and Policy Analysis for the National Cotton Council, says the lower world cotton production estimate is due to a smaller crop coming out of Central Asia.
