The Natural Resources Conservation Service or NRCS recently announced a new Migratory Bird Habitat Initiative. Bill Puckett, state conservationist for the Natural Resources Conservation Service in Alabama says they look to work with farmers and landowners to develop and enhance habitat for birds making their annual migration south towards the Gulf of Mexico.
