The Mid-South and parts of the Southeast have had an unusually large amount of rain this fall.  Bill Robertson, manager of agronomy, soils & physiology for the National Cotton Council, says in response to the abnormally wet weather, the National Cotton Council and National Cotton Ginners Association staff developed recommendations to help producers and ginners maximize their efforts at preserving the crop’s existing quality.
