Recently the House of Representatives passed climate change legislation commonly known as the Waxman/Markey Bill. Robbie Minnich, Senior Government Relations Representative for the National Cotton Council says last week the Senate Agriculture, Nutrition and Forestry Committee had a hearing to review what effects the new bill will have on agriculture.
