Harrison Ashley, Vice President of Ginner Services, for the National Cotton Council provides an update on this year’s Ginners Schools. Ashley, who is also the Executive Vice President of the National Cotton Ginners Association, urges U.S. ginners, gin managers and superintendents to register for one of the 2022 schools offered this year. While the, Southwest Ginners School at Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX, on March 29-30, has reached its 150-student capacity, there are other opportunities. The Western Ginners School, will be held at Dona Ana Community College, on May 4-5. Further, the Stoneville Ginners School will be held June 8-9 at in Stoneville, MS.

This year’s schools will be two days instead of three, and there is no on-site registration. Credit cards can be used to pay for online registration at www.cotton.org/ncga/ginschool/index.cfm where course descriptions and more information is available.
