According to the latest estimates from USDA, world cotton production is estimated to decline by 7 percent with the largest annual reductions in the U.S., Brazil, and Pakistan for the 2020 crop year. A 2.2 million bale decline in global production, as compared to last month, is led by lower U.S. output as well as 500,000 bale reductions in both India and Pakistan.
