The 2011 crop year bale packaging specifications adopted by the National Cotton Council Joint Cotton Industry Bale Packaging Committee were approved by USDA for Commodity Credit Corp or CCC loan program purposes. Dale Thompson, Manager of Marketing and Processing Technologies for the Council, says there have been two changes made to the specifications.
