USDA Announces ’14 Cotton Loan Rate Differentials (See Corrections Made on April 16)
USDA's Farm Service Agency announced on April 15 the '14-crop loan rate differentials, also referred to as loan rate premiums and discounts, for upland and extra-long staple cotton. On April 16, USDA re-released page 3 of the upland cotton tables, which includes corrected numbers for extraneous matter, strength, length uniformity and micronaire.
