Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the North Carolina State University Executive Farm Management Program is going virtual next month. The Executive Farm Management program offers owners of large, multi-generational farming operations the opportunity to develop foundational skills in financial management, strategic planning, and human resource management. The virtual offerings include both a webinar series and a three day boot camp. The boot camp will run from Wednesday, February 9th through Friday, February 11th and is accepting applications from farmers across the cotton belt. Dr. Blake Brown, Professor of Agricultural and Resource Economics at North Carolina State University and director of the Executive Farm Management Program, joins us with more information.
