The National Cotton Council is seeking a legislative response to the crop losses cotton growers have experienced this growing season. Many of these losses are due to the recent hurricanes Laura and Hanna. Reece Langley, Vice President of Washington Operations for the National Cotton Council, joins us with more details on the Council’s work in Washington.
