This week, the Department of Agriculture’s Risk Management Agency (RMA) announced the availability of a new hurricane crop insurance endorsement that can be added to underlying crop insurance policies. We caught up with Reece Langley, Vice President of Washington Operations for the National Cotton Council, to talk about the details of this product and how it will benefit U.S. cotton producers.
