In its December report, the Department of Agriculture made a large reduction, more than 600,000 bales, to its production estimate for the 2019 - 2020 U.S. cotton crop.

In its December report, the Department of Agriculture made a large reduction, more than 600,000 bales, to its production estimate for the 2019 - 2020 U.S. cotton crop. Most of the reduction was in the Texas crop. Dr. Jody Campiche, Vice President of Economics and Policy Analysis for the National Cotton Council, joins us to break down the report and share some updates on the trade front.
