Cotton Newsline: March 13, 2019

This week the Senate Finance Committee is holding a hearing with U.S. Trade Representative, Robert Lighthizer. The hearing is focused on the current World Trade Organization structure and changes that need to be made to that international trade body. Reece Langley, Vice President of Washington Operations for the National Cotton Council, joins us to talk about his expectations for the hearing and the Council’s response to the Administration’s budget proposal for fiscal year 2020 that was released earlier this week.
