The National Cotton Council is working to assess the damages from Hurricane Michael which was most directly felt in the Florida panhandle, southeast Alabama and a large part of Georgia. Reece Langley, Vice President of Washington Operations for the National Cotton Council, joins us with an update on the Council’s efforts alongside the Department of Agriculture and certain congressional offices.
