In its October report, USDA reduced world cotton production by 310,000 bales, mostly due to a reduction in Australia’s production estimate according to Dr. Jody Campiche, Vice President of Economics and Policy Analysis for the National Cotton Council. Dr. Campiche joins us to take a closer look at USDA’s projections for cotton production and consumption across the globe.
