Last week the House and Senate budget negotiators reached an agreement on the budget resolution for fiscal year 2016. The House Considered and approved the budget resolution before leaving town for a one week recess, and the Senate is expected to consider the budget resolution this week. Reece Langley, Vice President of Washington Operations for the National Cotton Council, shares how this affects U.S. agriculture.
