According to the National Cotton Council’s annual planting intentions survey, cotton producers intend to plant 9.4 million acres of cotton this spring, a number that is down 14.6 percent from last year. Dr. Gary Adams, President and CEO of the Council, joins us to share what will replace those acres as well as a market update.
