The National Cotton Council is reminding its members that the Cotton LEADS™ initiative, a project of the Cotton Foundation, will help cotton compete for market share among other fibers, including man-made fiber. The program already is assuring US cotton's commitment to sustainability and traceability in the cotton used in the program's participating apparel brands, retailers and manufacturers. Bill Norman, Vice President of Technical Services for the National Cotton Council, joins us today to provide an update on the program and its activities.
