Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack and EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson invited representatives of major commodity groups to a meeting at USDA. Representing the National Cotton Council was Cannon Michael, President of the California Cotton Growers Association and Vice President of Bowles Farming Company, who says they discussed environmental regulatory issues of concern to U.S. farmers.
