The National Cotton Council submitted letters to the chairmen and ranking members of the Senate and House Appropriations Committee's on Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration and Related Agencies. Robbie Minnich, senior government relations representative for the National Cotton Council says the NCC relayed the cotton industry's request for fiscal year 2011 funding for selected programs under those panels' jurisdiction.
