Secretary of Ag Mike Johanns recently testified before the House Agricultural committee to answer questions about the administrations 2007 farm bill proposal.

Secretary of Ag Mike Johanns recently testified before the House Agricultural committee to answer questions about the administrations 2007 farm bill proposal. According to Robbie Minnich, Senior Government Relations Representative for the National Cotton Council a lot of questions specific to cotton were asked of the Secretary.

Minnich says House Ag committee did not agree with Johanns adjusted gross income cap.

According to Minnich cotton belt members questioned several other issues as well.
