Last week the Senate Agricultural Committee conducted a hearing to consider the several nominations for different positions within USDA. According to Robbie Minnich, Senior Government Relations Representative for the National Cotton Council, one of the key nominations was for Under Secretary for Farm and Foreign Agricultural Services.
Minnich says Dr. Keenum has a distinguished record of service.
