Tillman White, Program Manager for the U.S. Cotton Trust Protocol, reminds growers that the deadline to enroll in the Trust Protocol and apply for the Climate Smart Cotton Program is April 30 at midnight. The Climate Smart Cotton Program provides growers with financial and technical support to de-risk the implementation and adoption of Climate Smart Agriculture practices while potentially reducing costs and boosting efficiencies. To date more than $1.5 million has been paid to growers participating in the program.
Growers should visit TrustUSCotton.org to finalize enrollment and applications ahead of the midnight deadline on April 30. For questions email info@trustuscotton.org.
