This week’s cotton newsline is 3 cuts.  All cuts are Jimmy Webb, producer from Leary, Georgia.

Jimmy Webb, producer in Leary, Georgia has used the Environment Quality Incentives Program, or EQUIP, on his farm for the past five years.  Webb says through this program, he has implemented conservation measures on his center pivot irrigation system, converting it from a high pressure to a low pressure system.
