The Farm Service Agency or FSA recently informed the county FSA offices of a delay in direct final payments for certain farm organizations.  Robbie Minnich, senior government relations representative for the National Cotton Council says the delay is due to software problems.

Minnich says there are many types of operations that may be affected by the software issue.
