The National Cotton Council’s Chairman, Jay Hardwick, recently submitted a letter to Commodity Futures Trading Commission, or CFTC, Chairman Gary Gensler requesting the status of an ongoing investigation within the CFTC of the events in the future markets that occurred in March 2008.

This week’s Cotton Newsline is 2 cut.  All cuts are Gary Adams, vice president of economics and policy analysis for the National Cotton Council.
