Trade Ministers are in Geneva this week in an effort to reach an agreement in the ongoing DOHA round of negotiations. Dr. Gary Adams, Vice-President of Economics and Policy Analysis for the National Cotton Council says US agriculture has a large contingent at the meeting.

US Trade Representatives have talked about reductions and limitations on domestic support that would be willing to make but Adams says you have to have a meaningful market access accompanied with any restrictions or limitations that are placed on domestic support.
