This week the Appellate Body of the World Trade Organization released their decision regarding the Compliance Case filed against the United States by Brazil. Dr Gary Adams, Vice-President of Economics and Policy Analysis for the National Cotton Council says the industry is disappointed the previous report was not overturned.

Adams points out that the decision is rather out dated.

Suggested introduction cut 3:
Adams believes the 2008 farm bill does not violate U.S. obligations in the WTO.
