Suggested introduction cut 1:
The House passed version of the farm bill contained similar conservation provisions as current law but Robbie Minnich, Senior Government Relations Representative for the National Cotton Council, says funding is going to be the biggest hurdle.

Suggested introduction cut 2:
According to Minnich the biggest change in the house version of the farm bill would be in the Conservation Security Program.
