David Blakemore, 2003 president of the Southern Cotton Ginners Association, discussed compliance and regulatory issues facing the ginning industry during the 2004 Mid-South Farm and Gin Show, held last week in Memphis, Tennessee.

Blakemore also reminded members of the upcoming launch of the association’s web site, www.southerncottonginners.org.
