Rates for suites are available upon request. Arrangements for hospitality suites should be made directly with the hotel.

Cancellations

Reservation deposits are fully refundable if canceled 48 hours prior to arrival.

Check-In/Check-Out

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m.

Hotel Parking

Self Parking is $18 per day and valet parking is $26 per day (unlimited in/out privileges).

Guest services include a concierge desk, FedEx office in the lobby, 24-hr. room service, laundry/shoeshine service and a variety of gift shops. Guest rooms include two telephones with voice mail service, in room safe, bathrobe, hair dryer, in-room movies, iron and ironing board.

A full service fitness center and heated indoor pool with whirlpool spa is located on the lower level of the hotel. Open Mon.-Fri. (5:30 a.m.-10:00 p.m.); Sat.-Sun. (7:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m.)

Located in the lower level of The Peabody, Gould’s offers body treatments, massages, facials and other services. A special skin care gift will be given to all attendees who purchase a service at the spa or salon. You must present your meeting name badge at the time of service to receive this special gift.
