ABSTRACT

This research is an attempt to examine the economics of center-pivot irrigation of cotton. The purpose is to help cotton producers determine if cotton production would be more profitable with the addition of a center-pivot irrigation system. Preliminary results indicate that irrigation of cotton may result in increased yields that economically justify the addition of a center-pivot system.
