Documentation of the SQUARMAP Procedure and Software Mapping Squaring Nodes

ABSTRACT

Squarmap is a plant mapping technique which tracks growth of cotton plants or fields during squaring and flowering. Squarmap provides quantitative measures of fruiting node development growth and fruit retention. A description of the mapping procedure and derived measurements is presented.
